 Store Delivery

You can enjoy a hassle-free delivery for designated destinations at any single purchase of HK$800 or above. Or, simply request this service at HK$90 per delivery. The delivery will arrive on the next working day.

*Customers are requested to bring home chilled, frozen, fresh food and produce to ensure quality and freshness.

****Service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm signals are hoisted. Goods will be delivered to the specified address on the day following the lowering of these signals.

***We only deliver district to Ma Wan, Discovery Bay on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 12:00 - 16:00; Tung Chung on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 16:00 - 22:30.

****Delivery is not yet available for Hong Kong International Airport, the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung), and all smaller islands.

How will my order be delivered.

On the day of delivery, our team will reach you by phone call or WhatsApp.

*Any circumstances you may not be able to receive the delivery, we will ask your confirmation to leave your order at your doorstep or with your building’s
concierge, if applicable.

 *In any case we are refused entry by the building management or are unable to enter your building, your order will be returned to our shop. We will do our best to reattempt re-delivery, though additional delivery fees may apply.

 *Orders will be delivered by Refrigerated Van to ensure freshness.

Special Weather Arrangements

Delivery will be temporarily suspended under “Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above” or when the “Black Rainstorm Warning” is hoisted.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. For any exchange or refund request, please kindly contact us via phone, What’s App or in person at Gustaci Food Gallery with the purchase receipt or the order number.
  2. Products are eligible for exchange and refund within 3 days upon purchase.
  3. Voucher(s), on-sale products  are not applicable for any exchange or refund.
  4. No refund / exchange  for the following category of items :
    1. Dairy products
    2. Cold-cuts
    3. Fruits and Vegetables
    4. Fresh Seafood, and Meats
    5. Frozen Items
  5. Original receipt or proof of transaction is needed to process all refunds. All refunds will be issued within 4 to 6 weeks.

Full Implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme

To reduce the use of plastic bags, the full implementation of the Environmental Protection Department's Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme will commence at all retail outlets on 1 April 2015. HK$0.5 will be charged for each plastic-handle bag and flat-top bag provided.
