It is a blend made with Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and a small percentage of aromatic Traminer, the proportions between the vines vary between one year and another. The personality of this wine is very linked to the presence of Riesling and Traminer that give it an intense, Germanic aromaticity, while Pinot Blanc gives it a ripe and fine fruit. It is vinified in steel and aged in 25Hl wooden barrels, where it remains for 12 months. The vines that compose it are always well mixed with each other as is required for a blend or rather for a more correct term winemaking in this case. It's a balanced, fatty, intense wine.
