Building from the classic Occitan Gin, which is Bordiga’s original recipe (first made in 1900), come the first of a trio of modern gins with distinctly different flavour profiles. All are produced in a traditional wood-burning copper still.
The ‘Dry’, which is distilled five times, leads with intense juniper (sourced from the nearby Maritime Alps) notes, then orange, coriander, thyme, angelica and a few secret botanicals chime in. This is classic gin, but with a difference.
