It is a traditional DOC sweet wine from the prestigious Montalcino area. From selected 100% Muscat grapes left to overripe and dry directly on the plant to concentrate the extract. Careful cold fermentation then aging in wood. A fresh and soft sweet white, medium and pleasant body.
How to pair: Desserts, pastries with dried fruit. Also excellent with short to medium-aged cheeses, such as pecorino di Siena, with a soft texture and flowery rind such as robiola passita up to medium-strength blue cheeses.
