SERVINGS: 2 PREPPING TIME: 5-10 MIN COOKING TIME: 15-20 MIN
1. Boil a large, salted pot of water for the pasta, and cook it al dente according to package instructions.
2. Simmer the Arrabbiata sauce for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil.
3. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Toss well and add more pasta water if too dry. Taste and season with salt & pepper as needed.
4. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
